- Stationery, Tech & Room Accents: Orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–3 business days.
- Apparel: Our clothing line is printed, stitched, and finished on demand specifically for you in the UK. Production takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines (United Kingdom)
Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment hubs, it is handed over to our local courier networks (including Royal Mail and Evri) to complete the final domestic leg.

Please note: If your basket contains a combination of items—such as a Kuroneko Shirt and a Vintage Script Washi Tape Box—your items may arrive in separate, tracking-linked packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your door.

Return Policy
30-Day Studio Guarantee
We want you to love your studio setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of your package being delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the exact condition you received them:
- Stationery and washi tape boxes must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Apparel items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags still attached.
- Tech items and desk lamps must be returned with all original charging cables, boxes, and manual leaflets.
How to Start a Return
- Email our admin email address at benkyostudioltd@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and send you our dedicated UK Return Warehouse Address.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us using a tracked local courier service (like Royal Mail or Evri). Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
